I'm taking you on a journey to connect with your Soul during this full-day retreat. As we gather once again on the hills of Pullenvale, we will be held by a land rich in ancestry, energy, and natural beauty.

​

We’ll begin the morning with a SmartFLOW Yoga practice, followed by morning tea featuring light refreshments and beverages.

​

The day will continue with Nicoleen, our Flamekeeper, who will hold space for us to connect with our Spirit Animals. Through a Spirit Animal card reading, each of us will discover an animal guide and explore the unique archetype, symbolism and qualities it represents.

 

Nicoleen will then guide us through the creative process of bringing our Spirit Animal to life using acrylic paints. You’ll create your own artwork on a small canvas, capturing the energy and essence of your animal guide to take home with you.

Nicoleen is also an energy healer and will be offering the opportunity to offer her one-on-one Soul Sketch sessions (pre-booking schedule and details below) during the retreat.

​

After our creative journey, we’ll take a lunch break and enjoy a nourishing buffet-style spread of fresh salads, dips, and sweet treats.

​

Last but not least, I’ll lead the final part of our retreat with a sound healing journey, weaving your Spirit Animal artwork into life through sound, vibration, and intention.

Soul Sketch one-on-one with Nicoleen 

​

A Soul Sketch is a 30-minute private energy healing and reading session. During the session, Nicoleen will gather the information needed to create an A5 oil pastel sketch, accompanied by a personal message from the spirit. The original sketch will then be posted to you.
